A Book You Read In A Day
This would have to be any of the last three Harry Potter books. Mum bought them at Waterstones the day they came out, I went to bed once they were finished. Sleep was not important to me at that time! Haha.
A Book That Is A Guilty Pleasure Read
I am not too sure if they would be classed as guilty pleasure reads but I love nothing more than delving back into the Point Horror series {affiliate link}. I loved them as a kid and they are still fairly creepy now!

The Oxford Girl Mysteries by Plum Sykes. I’ve only just found out about them but they’re right up my street!

i love reading! the last book i read was one off mrs hinch’s books. i’m going to have a look at your recommendation, really cant get into the harry potter books though, even though i loved the film. great post! x
This is so much fun. I will have to “steal” this idea and write down the answers to the same questions you’ve posted. It has been a while since I purchased any books, but it would be nice to look for new titles and hope they have it in Kindle format.
Who doesn’t love a good book to disappear into – I’ve gone off audiobooks again, I need to keep trying at them though as I miss reading and discovering what the pages have on offer.
I really enjoy books and would love my husband to buy me a series for my birthday. I like mystery and thrillers the most.

I loved reading the Point Horror books when I was a teenager.I thinkI actually read them all.

Can’t believe you read Harry Potter in one day but then it is a fantastic book and it does hook you in. I have heard so much about Blood Orange and want to read it as well

I read the Harry Potter books the day they came out too, I used to queue up and collect each one at midnight as they were released, and then read it all, I just had to know!
House of Leaves by Mark Z. Danielewski is the most amazing book I have ever read. Never seen anything like it before, or since, and to be honest scared the wossits of out me, had to leave lights on for 2 weeks every night, but some say it is a love story, depends how you read it, such a weird book focusing on perception of things.. It is written in Ergodic text – for example if it says the words getting smaller, the text itself gets smaller, if it says going up the stairs , the text itself becomes stairs. It absolutely blew my mind. Anyway do a wiki search for the book, the most amazing book I have ever read!
